 OMEGA MANAGEMENT PACKAGES DETAILS

Secure key Holding - Omega will ensure that the keys to your property are held in a safe place and when required will be made available to owners, guests and workmen. We would request that you provide us with at least three sets of keys.

Weekly or Two Weekly Property Inspection - A member of the Omega Gold Property Management Team would make regular weekly or two weekly inspections of your  property, checking internally and externally for any issues. This would comprise of security checks, checks for pests & damp and would also include the airing of the whole property. we would check that all utilities are working and safe. if we identify any issues we would always communicate immediately with you but also take emergency measures to ensure that the property is always secure and safe. 

Adverse Weather Inspections - We will always visit the property following a storm to check for any storm or wind damage detailed as above but taking extra care to check the structure of the property.

Attendance for Deliveries or Tradesmen - A member of our team will attend your property to allow entry to any tradesmen or delivery men you may require. The first hour of any attendance is free of charge. However, we do charge €10 per hour for any time in excess of the first hour. 

Mail Forwarding - We empty your post box and then arrange to forward your mail to your home address.

Obtaining Estimates -  We can obtain estimates for any works, services or goods you may require.

Helpline Phone Number  -  We will provide your guests with our contact details and will be more than happy to advise them and discuss any issues and problems or queries they may have during their holiday.

Property Inventory - We will carry out a full property inventory and check this on the departure of your guests, advising you of any discrepancies.

Inclusion In the Omega Holiday Rentals Website - Free advertising on the Holiday Rentals website

Information pack - Our team at Omega gold Property Management will complete an information pack to ensure that your guests thoroughly enjoy their holiday to this fabulous area of Spain and see & experience everything we have to offer in this wonderful area of Spain.

Guest check-in/check-out - We will visit the property before you or your guest's arrival, and ensure that the property is spick & span. We will be there to hand over the keys & welcome your visitors. We will ensure they are fully acquainted with the workings of the property and that they are fully comfortable before we leave them to enjoy their stay.

At the end of the stay we will collect the keys, check the inventory and ensure that any damage or breakages are reported to you.
