Changeover Cleaning
After enjoying your holiday here in the Almanzora Valley and on your own or your guest's departure, the property will be thoroughly cleaned ready for your next visit or for your new guests. We thoroughly clean all rooms. Including all appliances - The outside of your property will be swept and cleaned of all debris. All outside furniture will be washed down. Fridge-freezers & other kitchen appliances fully cleaned & freshened, cooker and hob cleaned, hoovering of all rooms & rugs etc, we will wash floors, polish furniture, strip beds and remake them with fresh bed linen, clean windows, replace toilet rolls & kitchen towels and remove all rubbish from the property. The outside areas will be swept and cleaned. All bed linen, tea towels, hand & bath towels will be laundered and made available for the next visitors.

Meet & Greet:
A member of the Alloa Property Management Team will always meet your guests at your property or a prearranged meeting point and show them into your property, we will then show them around the apartment or villa and give full instructions on all the equipment and amenities in your property, we will handover keys & ensure they have information about the surrounding area and how to enjoy their visit. We will always ensure they have our contact number for emergencies and provide any other advice or help they may require.
This service is either provided within one of our Annual Management Packages or can be booked on a "Pay As You Go" service at 30 Euros.

Alloa can also supply any welcome packs to order (At a cost of 10 Euros + shopping)
Our welcome packs are ideal for you or your guests who may arrive late at night or as an extra special service which you can offer to your guests, an Alloa standard welcome pack includes, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bread, Butter, Preserves, Water, Beer, Wine, Orange Juice, Biscuits.. Welcome packs can also be tailor made to your requirements
Key Holding
Annual Key holding 150 Euros.
Just contact us with any visits you may have arranged and we will ensure that the keys are available at the property & that it is safe and secure at all times.
Key Holding With Weekly Visits
Your property is visited weekly a full inspection is carried out on your property this includes, checking all outside areas water any plants, check all windows & doors are secure, check all water systems flush toilets and run taps to remove stagnant water from system. Check for damp and infestation, Check alarm systems.
200 Euros per annum or 250 Euros with many extras with our Standard Property Management Package

Well look no further, Alloa Property Management can do all those jobs in one go, and ensure that the work carried out is to a high standard, that you will be totally satisfied & that your property is always safe & secure.
Our general repairs start at just 12 Euros per hour + parts.
All repairs & maintenance will only ever be carried out after seeking your approval.
